Alpine fit maximises thermal efficiency. Vertical box wall chest baffles & slant main body baffles.

Full length Gemini zip baffle, integrated neck collar and ground level side seams help prevent cold spots and heat loss.

5 baffle low volume anatomically shaped hood to providing maximum warmth. The Xenith I has no hood to minimise weight and pack size.

Dual tether drawcords on the hood to provide a snug fit and minimise heat loss.

The Xenith III has a slant baffle back, while the II & I use a stitch-through baffle back to improve weight and pack size.
Good Night's Sleep Guarantee
Every Mountain Equipment sleeping bag comes with a separate ‘A Good Night’s Sleep Guaranteed’ temperature rating.
- Xenith III: -7°C/19°F
- Xenith II: 1°C/34°F
- Xenith I: 5°C/41°F
This temperature rating provides an indication as to the minimum temperature that we feel the bag should be comfortable to for an experienced user.
DOWN CODEX®
In 2009 Mountain Equipment became one of the first outdoor brands to introduce independent auditing of our down supply chain. Quietly introduced, without fanfare or press-releases, DOWN CODEX® set out to understand an industry and supply-chain that was largely ignored and certainly little understood.
All products contain a code that can be entered into our DOWN CODEX® website to trace the down that they contain. Not only can you identify the source of your down but the audit relating to that source and the down batch test results can also be viewed.
