Classic Eco 500
Made using recycled down and fabrics, the Classic Eco series is among our lowest-impact bags. Offering excellent all-round warmth and technical performance with a spacious Mountain Fit, they are packable down bags ideally suited to trekking, backpacking, mountaineering and travel.
Downproof fabric and slanted baffle construction ensure optimal loft and keep the strategically distributed 700-fill power down in place to prevent cold spots. At the foot of the bag, a two-baffle offset foot box keeps your feet warm while in the hood, and a roomy five-baffle system with a drawcord collar seals in heat for a comfortable night’s sleep night after night.
Inside the bag, our time-tested EXL® elasticated stitching system minimises dead airspace, reduces drafts, and pulls the liner fabric away from the down, allowing it to loft effectively for maximum warmth. Meanwhile, a full-length Gemini™ entry zip baffle eliminates heat loss in this vulnerable area. The low-profile magnetic Lode Lock™ closure and collar drawcords are effective and easy to use in the dark.
With a Good Night’s Sleep Temperature of -6oC (21oF), the Classic Eco 500 is a perfect all-round bag for spring, summer and autumn use.
